The SpringBoard Assessment, part of the Recruitment and Retention Innovation Fund commitment, provides nurses with a clear, data-driven understanding of their resilience strengths and areas for growth — to take action before burnout sets in.
The Unions and Employers have reached a point in their work with the AIR initiative where the People Services Occupational Health Safety & Wellness team will soon be reaching out to select employees/members with AIR program info and offer for them to participate.
